One of the most popular programs at the Clarence Senior Center has always been the free Resistance Band Exercise classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If you miss attending this class, or even if you've never attended but would like to give it a try, Richard Derwald from Erie County Senior Services, widely known as "Mr. Fitness," has taken the class online. During this necessary time of quarantine to keep everyone safe, it's still important to maintain activity and exercise.
